Carlos	8/22/2007	Thank you for this wonderful message. Before this, I focused so much on how much I wanted to let go of sorrow, but in doing so I would not know the intensity of joy-the joy of dealing with sorrow and having the strength to hold on to what makes us whole. Without sorrow, we as people would not be able to overpower our emotions and to cling to God, our solid rock.
